i can't sign back into my account and the music stops playing after leaving the app for a little bit very annoying

I contacted the customer service since I'm having a hard time downloading my First Ateez album, I did everything, actually I've been trying to download it for 3 days, yet no improvement. Yesterday, I contacted the customer service to report this incident, yet no one responds, I'm really disappointed on how this app works.

Downloading the contents is sucha paaaaain. My connectivity is good but the downloads are always stuck at 99% no matter what I do using whatever connection type. Pls optimize your app!
