Works okay, but not as polished as other "banking" apps. I've also been locked out more than once even tusing biometric login: The app reports incorrect login attempts, but the self-service reset fails, so I have to go into a branch! The employees get it fixed, but also seem completely uninterested in the buggy behavior or reporting it from their side. They're nice but at the same time act like "yeah, yeah, but it shows 6 include login attempts" but have no info about the IP addresses, etc.

Also in order to find certain transactions (from a few days, weeks, or months ago), I have to scroll past the month and year I'm looking for... Then I can look by keyword, which is frustrating. What's the point in having the keyword option? (5/20/22... I like the previous version. Now I can't find transactions by keyword... Not even when I put "date sort" starting January 2017. It gives no more than 2 months back...)

This app performed the basic functions of checking my balances and remote check deposits. Recently, however, is am unable to log in to the app. I receive the error message: An error occurred when connecting to the internet. Please check that you are connected to the internet." (I AM fully connected to the internet) The support email listed on this page bounces back as invalid. No function, no support. That's what this app has become.
