Ratings and reviews

Lots of little glitches since the beginning. Check deposits don't go through or don't recognize the numbers, alerts turn off or reset themselves every time there is an update or when it feels like it.

Everything is 1,2,3 easy. Convenience and simplicity without the hustle of slow lines.

They are an amazing bank and customer service. only problem is the location of the bank itself. It's more down the south shore of Massachusetts and we live north of the branches
