This is an extremely useful, well thought out and user friendly app. I highly recommend this app to any Citizens Bank customer. While there are a few functions I could think of, such as linking the debit card to the account. Having control of the card through the app would be great.

Love the convenience of this app. I use it all the time to check my balance or transfer between accounts. Very easy to navigate. No ads to slow you down that I have seen.

Terrible app, like the bank. Try to make an external transfer and it tells me to add a financial institution because none exists; so I add a financial institution and guess what... That institution already exists! Even though it doesn't and isn't an option! Citizens Bank is a joke, nothing ever works.
