This app and their website go down often enough that it's making me consider switching to a different bank after having it for ~20 years, can't check balances or pay things off without having to call is ridiculous. It's 2023, there's no reason for businesses as large as they are to have such poor maintenance of their website, as of writing this it's been down for 3-4 days.

Pretty basic app with few features. There is no ability to see credit card transactions and credit card monthly payments are hidden in separate tabs. Depositing checks can be a chore and it depends on the day for what will be accepted. For example, one check is accepted/ deposited with "CVFCU" on the back line and the next check is rejected because "no abbreviations allowed". The app will also randomly crash and the log in screen can be laggy.

The only thing worse then the app is the "new" website. Totally not user friendly. Have the time it does not work. Does not give accurate error messages to help if something is wrong. Do not recommend at all and after banking here for over 30 years this is the worst website and app yet.
