App is not as efficient as the old one. It takes a long time to launch and struggles to advance from amount of deposit to taking photos of the check to be deposited. The app rarely asks for several tries on the check photo so that is a definite pro

3000% better than fiserv ever was. Interface is more intuitive, app is more useable, security policy is reasonable, screenshots are possible, it is more user-friendly, and is supported by competent developers where fiserv was NONE of these!

Every single time they do maintenance I have to delete the app then re-download it. Super annoying considering it happens all the time.. otherwise it works fine.
