Makes quick work of looking up account information. Note that the app does not use the same login credentials as the bank's website. I had to register as a "new user". The app first verified my identity and then told me my username which, for me, is different than what I use on the website. Next, I set my password and can now access my accounts.
Works well. Except I have a Galaxy Note 8 and with fingerprint login turned on, it doesn't work. It doesn't recognize a finger when it is on it.
I've had ffb for over 10 years and WAS very satisfied with service. Since I live out of the country, I rely on this app to give me required information; even saved me from being robbed. Have no info now...have tried everything! My alternative is to close account and go to other bank.
This app and the website are as trash as the bank. Youd think with all the random fees they have they would be able to afford a decent mobile banking setup.
i can not log in have had an online account for almost 1yrs and it always says get secure code . i click on text to my phone never get the text . when i call they show iam logged in i give up . all i get on my phone is a summary
All I get is the red screen with a big 1 on the screen. App will not do anything other than open and that is it. May have to change banks again because of this have a broke down truck and disabled and cant get to bank need to be able to bank online.
