Excellent app This app from my local bank blows away the apps from the huge national chains. They could learn a lot from First Financial! Great app and thanks for making everything so easy to use and putting so much thought into how your customers want to use your app. Still true after 2 years. Happy Customer.
Is this a joke? App....has worked one time. Every time after all it does is tell me an "error has occurred" and takes me to log in screen. I have banked with them a long time, hope this is'nt reflective of the bank itself. Is there a app for first financial that does work?
Worthless Most worthless app I have ever downloaded. Tried many times to login and have never even been able to even log into my account. And the funny thing is, I've never changed my login info so I know that I'm putting in the right information. This app has never ever worked on my phone, Samsung Galaxy note 4. Very frustrating and disappointing. I would actually give less than 1 star but that is the minimum that we're allowed to give on a review.
Telling me error has occured Typed in my password and I know it's the right password but telling me error has occurred. I need to know how much money is in my account and this is the only way for me to check it. Please fix.
Well...... I use this app on a daily bases and my only huge complaint is that I can NEVER get the direct deposit to take a good quality picture. Its very aggravating to go through the process of taking pictures of the front and back when they look good when you take them and then realize that right before you hit the submit button there are 2 blurry pictures in place of the 2 nice pictures that you took. Which by the way I have taken multiple pictures of the fronts and backs to get one good picture. Then you proceed with the rest of the steps and submit the deposit and it kicks it back because it is unable to locate the endorsement. I'm beginning to hate the mobile deposit option.
Error has occurred. I have been trying to sign in for 3 days now :( today I figured fine I'll just change my password. Put in all the information to do so and it had an error. Again. Guys this is really getting old. I just want to see the amount in my account.
