It is terrible Second day in a row keeps telling me my password which I've never changed in the entirety of my bank account so for the last 10 years is wrong. This bank has been in decline for a while. First removing credit option for People's Bank cards now deleting an app that has been good to be replaced by an app that sucks seriously considering switching credit unions they need to fix themselves
Missing features I loved the layout of the last app and that a person could see pending payments/debits. This app is very difficult to navigate. Transfers between accounts is more time consuming. I can't just transfer to a loan account, I need to first transfer to a checking account. Really liked the features of the other app. A person had more access and control to their funds. This model needs a makeover for sure. I'm really tempted to uninstall.
I like the new interface but... The new interface on the app is nice but I cannot see "pending" transactions anymore for some reason. I always liked the fact that I could see that there was something in pending state on my account but do not see that anymore on the new app.
This new app SUCKS!!!! The old version was just fine. Nothing wrong with it so why change? This new app is horrible. I am seriously considering switching banks because of this new and 'improved' mobile app. JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!!
This app needs to be fixed asap!! I'm getting frustrated that I can't see my pending amounts. Bills have been paid. I've gotten 'thank you for your payment' emails from the different establishments and yet my money amount does not reflect that. Please fix the problem ASAP.
Not a fan at all. Can't see pending transactions. Stop trying to do too much and go back to the old app...... 6 months later, they still haven't added a feature to view pending transactions! Not on the app or the website.
