Can't scan ticket and now can't even read the number to enter manually. Sort out your technology
All of us can't pay for tickets anymore
I got the app for finding stores in the mall and to pay for parking. Both features rarely work, the parking scanner never scans the ticket properly, and payment fails 50% of the time. New update doesn't even install on my device, so i keep getting update notifications and then failures.
The only reason I could ever be bothered to download a mall app is to make the parking experience smoother. This supposedly allows for that but the "scan your parking ticket" process does not make ingress any easier, nor is it faster than paying at a machine. Then, after flagging my payment as successful the reader at the exit still tells me to return to the paystation, and the staff answering the intercom have no idea that payments on the app are possible. Comprehensive fail. Remove app from phone.
Can't find parking functionality The app works OK for me and helped me to navigate the mall. However, the guided tour mentions that you can pay for parking using the app and snapscan, but I can't figure out how to do it. UPDATE: The payment for parking using Snapscan is working now, but I can't figure out how to use the navigation feature anymore!
