Reliable enough but I don't trust them with random boosters and sometimes their shipping can be annoying. Highly recommend exploring options before making them your go-to source for beyblades though because especially as of late they've been charging way more for sets and then dropping the prices a few days later on new releases which is pretty grimmey. 4-Gaming & even ebay often have better prices- you just have to wait a little longer. The app is also super buggy

There's something wrong with the app where you can't spend more than 3 minutes on it until it errors and you have to exit out of the app. Now the app is great but this bug that keeps happening makes it aggravating to be on but other than the fact I have to close out of it and go back in to continue, I love how it's designed the app is great besides that factor. But if you guys see this and can fix it please do.

Honestly really good app, the pretty wide variety of beyblades is amazing (only wish there were more burst sometimes). The customer service was great, got a response in a day and now waiting on my refund, and packages (excluding weekends) always get here in 4-6 days it's great. My only real complaint is I wish there was a dark mode and wish they restock soon so I can buy more beys lol
