such a terrible experience on my first purchase I had ordered a foundation but when I received the order I found it to be a damaged one so I tried raising an exchange request on the app but the delivery was not updated on the app so it only showed "out for delivery" and now I'm not able to exchange the product. edit: guys There were some issues with my first order, but customer support resolved them quickly and efficiently. The replacement product arrived in good condition. thankyou mamaearth.

Terrible User Experience - Forced to Log In Every Single Time! The app is practically unusable because of a major login issue. Even after logging in successfully with an OTP, the app asks for my phone number and OTP again every single time I reopen it. Why doesn't it save the session? Kindly fix this login bug in the next update!

Please check your delivery support. As other reviews have mentioned, the issue is with delivery. I would really request to check your delivery partner and update your application accordingly. the application says some date and delivery never happens past that date as well. I ordered on 2nd August and today is the 7th of August I am still waiting for my order.
