The Mamãe Yoguini community is a refuge for mothers. Created by teacher Carla Posterâre, who is also a mother and understands maternal needs, this app brings short and accessible yoga practices, in which you will learn to slow down, dissolve anxiety and find mental and physical balance, to feel lighter, healthier and in peace – all without having to leave home.

Motherhood is amazing, but it can also be exhausting. Between sleepless nights, tiredness and being overwhelmed by daily demands, you may end up forgetting to take care of yourself.
