Mammha is a three-in-one app designed to support the emotional well-being of mothers, fathers, and those that identify as other, whether, you, or your partner, are having a hard time.

Mammha customizes your (and your partner’s) wellness journey by tailoring your content and wellness tracks to what you are experiencing, and guides you on a journey back to wellness.

Mammha's wellness tracks are self-paced and are created from evidence-based cognitive behavioral techniques. Mammha also features a thriving parent community, access to therapists and coaches, mood trackers, and stories, with Mammha you are never alone.
