This application uses a cloud database, and the majority of the time it does not properly store the data you enter into the app, others than that it is extremely difficult to get customer support when there is a problem (which are too many to name here). Ever since manager plus sold out, and the overhaul happened, this app is close to useless if you want to be efficient and effective in the workplace.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible program...not just the app. This is the most unituitive program I've every seen. Its like they held a meeting to make it impossible to figure out on your own. And once you pay the High High price ...so long. No phone numbers for any help. You have to email them and they contact you when they're ready. Then it's someone who can't speak English. DO NOT BUY!!!
Data doesn't sync all the time so sometimes I'm left with half a work order. Pretty frustrating being how the company I work for has paid so much for this software... Seems they just made the apps and forgot about them!!! Such a shame as this has potential to be amazing tools!
