Not for beginners It's great of you're in shape, but not for a middle aged beginner.

Great if you have just few minutes a day for workout Use it almost daily (or at least few times a week) and it's great. Just for this one workout, but who has time to go to gym nowadays and waste hours when you can workout hard for few minutes...
