Loved it I honestly thought it was lame and wasnt going to have a 7 min work out. It was un reasonable to me. But i tried it and im sore all over. It works . i recomend it to every body who wants a weight loss in less than 10 min. A FULL WORK OUT
Not for beginners It's great of you're in shape, but not for a middle aged beginner.

Superb The app is well designed to help those individuals who wants to do exercise, but doesn't have enough time to. It's perfectly built to make you physically fit and in shape!
Not at all bad It has good features, and takes you through the workout well. But why does it only have the right side plank, when other versions also have the left side version? I hate that exercise, mainly because I need it. Another improvement could be to have the voice announce each exercise, as well as the first one.
