this app constantly logs me out, making it very challenging and stressful to use it at the theme parks whenever I wish to scan my qr codes. the difference between the paid membership and free membership is not easily obvious on the login page so I always log in to the wrong one, compounding my frustration. the Ux is generally unfriendly and will require a lot of clicks to get to the page I want to go to. do better please. there is so much potential here.

Limited functionality, poor navigation, and keeps asking for login (via email OTP) if you move from one section to another. And even though I'm logged in as a paid member, when buying tickets it suddenly has no idea whether I'm a resident. The maps feature is useful but apart from that it's a poor experience.

Better app design to be considered. have the ability to use passwords to login instead of always using email pin. also credit card saving to be implemented, if not everytime order food from the web need to key in everything again.
