Ratings and reviews

Horrible app. Just a glorified booking and data collection platform. They expect us to add all data and patient details, but none of the functionalities on the app actually work. No reports are updated on the app. No prescriptions are updated on the app. The only thing that works well is booking and paying for an appointment or a check up. Could have been a wonderful use cases and a single case for a patient like me to compile mine and my family's medical data.

After i had put the corporate id, this app has stopped working. It only allows me to see the location of hospital and does not move beyond. So no booking/visibility of doctors through this app. I have already reached out to the developer team with the issue, but no progress been made. Not sure if they are willing to fix the bug or leave the customers with this issue.
