BOOKING PROCESS

1.Tap "Book A Ride" to Start: Initiate the booking process with a single tap.
2.Select Your Ride: Choose the zone you would like to travel in.
3.Select Your Stops: Choose your pick-up and drop-off locations from our list of stops.
4.Review Details and Price: Confirm the journey details and price before tapping "Book Now."
5.Real-Time Confirmation: Wait for confirmation and track the driver's arrival in real-time.
6.Verify Your Ride: Before hopping in, ensure that it's your designated ride.

Ratings and reviews

it's a good initiative to provide this kind of public transport. However, i find it inconvenient when I don't know when it's my turn to get pick-up or drop off, it's just based on games of luck & there's no features for the driver to inform that they went to the toilet/on break that leaves me hanging, I've wait for almost 2 hours when the driver stop somewhere & don't know where he'd go. Please update more features

I think the system needs to be reviewed. In the app, it shows that it's your turn to be picked up but when the van arrives, your name is not in the driver's system even though the booking has been accepted and have to wait for another trip? another hour? For example, it says there are 10 stops before your turn to be picked up but even after an hour, it keeps increasing to 15 stops, why does the system keep accepting new orders when it doesn't complete the previous ones? Please improve this.

still trying to understand the app, it's good when its not busy but during peak hours, even if you book 1 hour early for your plan, the pick up and drop off time is horrendous as the driver picks up/drops off other passengers before/after you. So the estimated pick up time can be WAY OFF. If you want to be somewhere before a certain time and during weekdays and peak hours, just in case, book it 2 hours early. This is something that Rapid needs to improve on.
