I've been continuously registering my complaint regarding the problems faced by me while using balarama app. I've done 3 months subscription on march 8 and used for 3 days, after that when i open no magazine is being shown and it's showing to purchase again. Kindly clear this issue as soon as possible. No response whatsoever from the developer side

Subscribed for 3 months. Worked for few days. Now the app again asks to subscribe, while I already have a subscription, and none of the magazines load. Read below and you will find other users with similar experiences. Lost money! Edit: I got help from their support team. App is working fine now.

Problem with subscription - Subscribed for 6 months but subscription worked for only 2 days. Showing error message Your Order is being processed!! I tried to restore my purchase, it didn't worked. But in my playstore account the app still have an active subscription. Please fix the error.
