I'm giving it 4 stars for now. App permissions are on par with Samsung Health. in fact, they appear identical. The installation was smooth. Initial setup is a little wonky, but if you are semi-technical minded, you should be able to figure it out. Pro tip: Do not pair the ring with your phone as a BT device, as it may disable your keyboard since it is essentially a text entry device (keyboard). Only pair it with the app.

ring is fine, stays charged decently 3-5 days on average. it doesn't like charging in the box, but I can deal with that. The ap would be better if it would keep the settings you put in it- even after charging the ring. It gets pretty annoying to have to go in and remove women's health tracking and re-add blood sugar evey 3-5 days. accuracy isn't much off my fit bit, but I accept that as finger tracking vs arm tracking is going to be different. all in all I like it fine- it has potential.

No customer support at all. It's impossible to reset the smart ring - there's no "default" or "factory" reset option - I've sent three emails and no response. The app itself works fine but I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE RING FROM THE APP! I did NOT give it permission to get to my contacts etc. (why on earth would anyone allow it?) - so I"m giving it one stars. I would NEVER recommend this app.
