Absolutely terrible experience. The app is meant to look like their website, but half of the links on the front page lead to 404 errors. I tried to have a meeting online with a therapist, but It wouldn't let me use my mic the whole time because my PC didn't have a camera. Then they charged me for the meeting I had tech issues in. Great. I was willing to settle for online therapy at first, even though I wanted in person, but honestly using mantra has been more trouble for me than going in person.

so far the app is not working. I can sign in on the computer fine with my email. the app says there's an error. I hope there's an update to fix it.

The app was extremely buggy. The area where you schedule counseling appointments is constantly down and the questionnaire at the beginning is way too long.
