Nice, but ..... I like the app but i keep forgetting to turn it on and off, so i never have all the data. I use another app that automatically keeps track all day, even when it's not running. It doesn't work on GPS or connect with other electronics, though. I don't want to attach my UP to this app i think we share too much these days.
Works for us! Nice to verify previously estimated distances for our walks. Nice to see calorie burn for myself when linked to MyFitnessPal & Fitbit. Even if estimated- knowing the calorie burn count provides motivation, as I'd not really counted these ambles to my fitness goals. However, having these numbers allows me to (conservatively) calculate the impact on additional calories burned per year. I'm pleasantly surprised to discover the number of potential pounds to be lost by these simple walks!
Simple and easy App wouldn't start when I was out in the wilderness without any service. Complained that it had trouble with Google services. -Nice to have the versions specific to the workout that I plan to do. Not that the generic version where I have to select my workout type wouldn't do the job but this just makes it super quick
Time to find a different dog walk app...this one SUCKS! When I first installed this app it worked great, but with each update it has gotten worse! It doesn't track even half the time I try to use it. The admins don't even reply any more. When I first used the app, I contacted them with an issue I was having with it & they responded fairly quickly. I have recently contacted them to try to resolve these current problems, with NO response! I am DONE with this app!
Walk my dog Love it! Tells me how far I've gone & how many steps I have taken. It's amazing seeing the map after you have walked.
Dawg & Walker This is the first day. So we will see i was using pacer. This is now about 1 year. i like this app cuz it talks only when you stop it.
With this update, we made small fixes and improvements to keep your workouts strong.
