Why on earth is not tracking the actual route. Just straight lines between points. I AM NOT FLYING. The 19km in app today are a joke......how can I be convinced to pay for the app when I can t use a simple tracking I a city with gps and internet access. .....very dissapointed.
Fixed the math, finally The July 2016 redesign is OK and the app remains a useful tool for tracking and recording hikes, runs, and cycle touring/training. The inaccurate Y axis labels in the graph that records elevation appear to be fixed, earning a fifth star at last. I'd pay (once, not monthly!) for a version without the pop-up ads that hide my results almost every time I save them.
Too much marketing and needs signing up You shouldn't need to create an account just to use this app. I'm sure it's a great app but there are simply better alternatives (My tracks by Google works even though it's depricatated) with less ads and spam out there.
Wish it wasnt on auto renewal I would give pro a try if it wasn't on auto renewal. If an app is great then I would renew it myself. But I just don't know. Id pay for a month if it was an option. I dislike auto renewal and will never agree to that.
Best of a bad lot After using My Tracks, all other GPS tracking apps fall short. The maker no longer supports MT, so I needed a back up. This app seems to be accurate. The map of the walk is not crisp and sharp like MT. The voice is exceptionally annoying. At least it can be turned off. The really bad part is the advertising. You have to register, after which you get daily emails from Under Armor. If you unsubscribe, the app stops working - but they STILL send the emails.
One of the best hiking apps I can already tell that I love this app. Go offline and make up your own routine. I'm using this for my health and love it already. The only thing I would change is to make it useful when my tablet is rotated onto its side.
With our latest update, we’ve stepped up our game to make every workout better. You will notice an updated design across the app with a new typeface and standard buttons to make everything easier to use. Post-workout, your workout data is now boldly displayed front and center in your summary and we've added a new set of workout graphs. As always, we’ve also worked hard to clean up a few bugs.
