Literally does 1 thing The app is terrible. It doesn't calculate where your car is properly so you end up missing exits but it doesnt tell you that you missed them it just keeps going as if you were supposed to. I passed 4 rerouted exits before I realized and had to turn back around and sit in traffic. It also doesn't list the exits you are supposed to take. Literally the only useful thing is that you can plot multiple destinations in a single trip. Do yourself a favor and use that then put the routes into google.
Virtually No Map in Landscape Orientation I love MapQuest on my laptop, so when I got a smartphone, I immediately downloaded it to use as GPS. (My husband favors Google Maps.) Today we tried to use MapQuest in Landscape mode -- our phone holder is set up for that -- and there is almost no display. There is an ETA display and the directions/map tabs taking up most of the screen and seemingly no way to get rid of them. Back to Google . . . :(
App needs work Landscape mode is still terrible. If you fix how this app looks when using GPS in landscape mode it would be a 5. Every other GPS is easier to navigate in landscape view except this one.
Annoying stupid notifications! Can't turn off random useless notifications from app. Today got one "love fades but pizza is forever". Offensive! Turn off notifications or be replaced by Google Maps!
Better than Google maps because of layers and toll roads warnings! Go mapquest, sincerely William d. Schimanke, Be Smart or Be Dimmmmmmm
Wish you guys can add truck navigation also Please add truck navigation with height and weight restrictions
New in version 3.2:
• We're never leaving your side. Now when you're in navigation mode, you'll be able to easily check ETA and get back into the app with a simple tap from the notifications screen.
• To continue to bring our users a stellar app experience, we’ve made some visual design improvements.
• Reporting incorrect data has never been easier. To ensure our information is up to date, users can now send updates by simply clicking on "See a Problem? Let Us Know." It's that easy.
