Somewhat of a clumsy app but it gets a couple of things done. Having to change your password every 6 months is a pain because you can't reuse any old ones. After a few years as a customer I've lost track of what I've used before so it's now a project of trial and error when that time comes.

Set up online banking, tried to log into app, app didn't work. It gave me a number to call. Customer service/IT had no idea why it wasn't working. One star bc I can't use it

The only downfall of using the app is date & times are not listed with each purchase or debit. Tracking times, instead of dollars spent.
