My main criticism after my first few uses is about the obvious omissions when establishing my recommendations. I chose "TV Shows" then "Comedy", scrolled through ALL of the offered shows until I hit the end of list...Big Bang Theory never appeared. I searched for it specifically and found it, but it wasn't listed in the category selections. "TV Shows", "Crime"...no Law and Order offerings. Also no CSI Miami. And so on. The point (for me) is to scroll through the various categories, spot shows that I've watched, and rate them to influence my recommendations. For me to have to remember every show that is omitted from the listing and manually search for them smacks of outside influence and is, frankly, annoying and useless. I could understand and forgive this for TV Shows and Movies that are not recent releases and/or are relatively obscure, but for TV Shows that are currently on the air and fall into a very specific genre to be omitted in the listing is a potentially unforgivable failing. As stated above, it feels like outside influence...and the only influence I want in this type of application is my own. Edit--Clarification, I was on my PC, but similar results on Android.
One of the best recommenders apps, it has spot my preferences right away and I'm using it when I want to see a really great movie according to my taste. Congrats, you should have more downloads!
The people who run this app will email you incessantly to watch movies through their affiliate links if you download this. It's pretty annoying
Infuriating - just constantly closes the app when I rate things...
The only thing it needs is a 'filter by year' option to be perfect
Logs me out all the time
