Ratings and reviews

They charge a fee for card top ups, can't do inbound transfers due to bank account data appearing empty, can't transfer money out because "feature not implemented" and charges to the bnext card are declined at random. Had it as a backup bank, but decided to leave and close my account since the most essential functionality is not working reliably.

In android 14 it does not work properly. I cannot open an account as I keeps asking for some permissions that I am not allowed to enable en settings

They have messed the app up and I can't enter or control my money. It looks like they have rolled out an updated version that has created more security features but gets stuck in a loop and never let's you enter your account. This needs rolling back immediately. A week later though, still the same problem.
