It is a great app.. my brain finds it easy to remember music & dance steps.. but day to day I have a terrible memory. I just couldn't stop laughing during beginner mode 6 minute workout.. when he runs forward, then backwards waving his hands.. I swear its a Mike TV moment Roald Dahl would be proud of 😂 laughing is a tonic in itself!
Potential to be a grear app but.... if you are a real beginner, then more information on the correct position for excercise and how/when to breath in the excercise should be included/narrated. The meditation stopped at 59 secs which was annoying (willpower). Again, if you are new to meditation, more explanation is required on how to breath. In the nose and out through the nose or mouth? How to breath properly as most people bring their belly inwards on the in breath. Therefore it is assumed in this app that a beginner does in fact have level of knowledge which may not always be the case
It wont do any thing Is sombody minding the store? Did somebody fell asleep at the wheel? Useless... Will uninstall only after five minutes
It has everything! Great instruction, easy to follow, and I love the options for doing as much as you have time for. Well done. .
