I actually quite like the app. I just can't back it because you are perpetuating the falsity of the 21 day habit rule. This is way out of context. It actually can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days to form a new habit. Dr Maltz actually said a minimum of 21 days. That all being said, this app is an excellent tool to get you going
If one can remember the habit lists with a single reminder,what would he need your app for??? Please provide different notification time settings. Otherwise, it's a nice app.
For making any habit, needs 3 weeks and this app is best for making habit but it can be more best if it has alarm for every particular habit work
I think this app could help u get going. It helps to change ur habits. And it really worked for me.
