Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't show specific information for transactions making it difficult to accurately verify deposits and withdrawals for record keeping. I do like that I can chat with banking staff through the app. However they are not very helpful at times and they do not remove fraudulent or unauthorized debits from the account. Not sure if that is app related or bank related, but why offer chat support if you really can't do anything to help?!?!

Had a charge that wasn't mine and they got me a new card and credited me the money back! The app is very helpful with keeping track of my spending and getting updates.
