Downloaded the app because the advert specifically shows screenshots of their being an in-app map of the resort... There's no f**king map. Instead, the map is only opens to specific destinations (after numerous clicks). There is no "open map" (1 click) to see an overview of the whole space ie. A typical definition of a map

Horrible experience when trying to apply for a digital registration They seem to have made sure than literally everything will take centuries to load for every single step you have to do. There is a progress bar "most" of the times, but I dare you to try and tell if it's actually moving or not.

Definitely one of the worst apps I've had the displeasure of encountering. Painfully slow to use (loading times are terrible). Absurd levels of security required just to access it...totally over the top. Some restaurants, like Din Tai Fung claim they aren't a part of the rewards program even though the app says they are. All in all - a horrible experience to use. Forces you to update in order to use it....then the update is not available for download, so the app becomes unusable.
