Sent a tech that could not figure out the issue. Tried contacting CHW, but app does not work to update progress. The call service is terrible to navigate and your call is often dropped by the automated service. I finally got ahold of someone a few days after the 30 day grace period to re-open an existing ticket and will have to pay a second time for the exact same service that was never fixed in the first place.

it's probably the worst non member app ever. I've attempted to enter my email and policy number multiple times, knowing for a fact that it's all correct and it just won't let me in. it tells me I need email in both, or something, I don't understand. it's like broken English. Trying to find a place to pay my bill is near impossible. I think I found it once but now I can't remember. it's not supposed to be that difficult. There should be a little toggle that says PAY BILL somewhere on the app.

This App is useless non functioning garbage 🗑. Upon logging in, a circling arrow begins, appearing to log you in, which continues for several minutes and then drops you right back to the log on page in an endless loop! Computer website is the only way to access. This app hasn't worked for over 2 1/2-years. Apparently, no one cares. 🙄🙄
