1. Just because you are cheap doesn't mean that the quality of the product should be cheap. Analyse Kite/Dhan apps, specifically the Dhan scalper. It is so efficient that in just 1 click on the top you can have a call/put/Nifty charts popping up or hidden, modify the CE/PE strike prices, check the OI, greeks 2. Lot of lag eating a few trades of mine every day, you will be finished if you dont fix it ASAP! 3. Desktop app is much needed 4. Volume bars in a new pane option 5. Pathetic Light mode

Extremely disappointing first experience. Installed the app for the first time, entered my mobile number, and immediately got "You have exceeded the number of attempts. Try again in 10 minutes." I had never even requested an OTP before. Waited over 30 minutes and tried again, but the same error appeared. New users shouldn't face such issues. If registration itself is broken, how can anyone trust the platform? Very poor first impression.

Punch is the worst app I have used. I have been a loyal Market Pulse user for over five years, but after the new update on July 15th, I experienced severe issues. When I tried to trade, the app wouldn't let me exit my position. Instead, it executed ten automatic trades on its own, causing me a heavy financial loss. I immediately contacted customer care, but they provided no support. In my opinion, this app is terrible, and I have uninstalled it.
