Unable to look up stock symbols. It doesn't matter what I type in the search window I can't get the chart of the stock I want. It just stops autocompleting. I am only able to look at charts of recently viewed symbols. This happens quite often, then it fixes itself after some time. MarketSmith is a terrific product, I am a subscriber, but the app is buggy. The website have some bugs too.

Great when it works. There's an unreasonable amount of time it doesn't work. Specifically, when I open the app I do get the main page (market pulse) to load. But as soon as I click or swipe left to get the "indices" page to load, it won't. When this happens, nothing else works. Can't pull up lists, can't pull up charts (get the "selected periodical not available). If it was free I'd just uninstall it and use yahoo finance or something else. But I pay A LOT to access and use marketsmith

Back to a complete P.O.S. I don't get alerts, charts don't work - keeps showing message, selected periodicity not available. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still doesn't work. May have to drop my subscription. Used to work. Now it doesn't. Uninstalled. 11/17/19 New update works! Thank you for fixing the problem so quickly.
