Box is fine, but man does the app need an update. They've added some recipe customization which is fine, but each version appears as it's own recipe, which not only clutter's up the list, but the altered versions get names like "upgrade with gluten free ravioli" which doesn't really describe the dish. Really bad user interface right now, hopefully it's fixed soon.

I really liked the menu options, the freshness of the meat and veggies. But after contacting customer service, about the very important issue of either NOT getting the right ingredients, or missing ingredients (like the meat or a veggie) for a meal; or either missing recipe cards or getting the wrong ones, I cancelled the account. I understand a mistake every now and then, but this was becoming a regular thing. I warned them if it happened again they'd lose a customer. It happened again.

We've tried several prepped meal services and this is my favorite by far. Lots of recipe variety and most are a cut above other meal services. We had a shipment arrive late and out of temp, and were promptly refunded. No other problems. App is easy to use. I'm an accomplished cook and some of the recipe directions can be hard to follow and appear disorganized or just need more user-friendly formatting. Overall very good.
