Quality of the food, selection & recipes is great, & this is the best replacement of Plated that I've found, however I have issues on about 30% of boxes and have been using almost weekly since Feb. With covid, the customer service has become very delayed and they will not refund whole meals like Plated did. I received ground beef instead of steak, and only got a partial credit. I've stuck with them as I really enjoy the prep aspect of this service compared to others, but be ready to make swaps.

For the past 6 months, I have only been able to log in from my browser but not the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, quadruple checked that I am using the same username and password, and have contacted customer support 3 times. No one was able to help me. They would respond once but would never follow up when I told them what they suggested did not work. I finally ended my subscription and deleted the app. So frustrating!

One star for the new update. I wanted to like the new app interface but it's several steps backward in usefulness, a bunch of features were cut. What happened to my favorites and adding new favorites? What happened to searching through old recipes I already cooked? It's also harder to choose recipes, its no longer clear which ones were already in the cart. Plus the app now shows one fewer future menu week, but that future menu week is shown on the website
