Richmond, virginia. Multiple problems and not a good value for the money. Very first Box arrived on the wrong day and with crushed items. As a basic comparison, Shrimp and grits was not great.. Runny and with a very small portion (340 grams). I've had no trouble at all with cook unity, And the shrimp and grits were tasty and a good sized portion..(410 grams), As well as slightly cheaper

Hello Nora, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry your first delivery arrived late and damaged, and that the Shrimp & Grits portion and taste missed the mark. We've sent your notes to our culinary team. We’d love to make this right, please reach out via contact@marleyspoon.com, phone, or website chat so we can assist you! All the best.

The way the food arrives makes it extremely difficult. All of the little items and sauces are difficult to find a place for. There are no recipe cards so you have to use the app, but figuring out what is what is difficult. No clear instructions, labels thst show what goes with what meal. I spend more time trying to figure that out then I would just shopping for myself. Not a fan.

We’re sorry the packaging and organization made meal prep difficult; that’s not the experience we want for our customers. You can enable printed recipe cards in your profile under “Printed recipe cards” for future boxes. Thanks for your feedback. We’ll work to make your next experience smoother!

The recipes are different, with some random ingredients. The prep is ridiculous, don't expect these meals to be a time or money saver. If you really want to make meals like this, you're better off getting a recipe and going to the store to get all the ingredients instead of some of them as these boxes require. The app is the same as Dinnerly (same company). It does not allow you to pick and choose the weeks you want, you have to skip each week or risk receiving meals you don't like.

Hi Michael! I’m so sorry to hear the recipes were not up to standards. Of course, this is not the experience we work tirelessly to provide. You will be able to skip meals in the app just by going to Orders and under Orders detail, on the bottom of the page, you will find the option to Skip Order. Just click on it and confirm Skip Order. Thank you!
