DO NOT USE for room service! It can help to find your way around the resort, but that's can be frustrating too. The "A la Carte" room service order will make you mad. It mandates you pick a delivery time before seeing the options. After picking the time, you look thru the menus and add to cart. Move on to room number and confirm payment options. Place order and get "sorry, we're busy, the time you requested..." The order is NOT placed, everything in cart is deleted, you have wasted your time.

I cannot imagine how they could make this app worse. In a hotel designed to confuse you until you are completely lost, the concept would have been good but the execution is terrible. it sends you the longest way possible and doesn't change as you walk. no directional indications so you don't know which "right" you are supposed to take. Whoever wrote it should change careers.

The GPS was terrible. I would literally stand in one place and the map would flip end to end. One way would tell me to take a right in 7 feet, the other to take a left in 55 feet. Eventually it stopped moving, I hadn't moved yet. That's when it told me I was off the route. One time it neglected to tell me I needed to change floors. I stopped using this after the first day and just used the old school map.
