Ratings and reviews

I am unable to complete searches in the app. After selecting a destination and dates, it states something went wrong retry under the map. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it has not made a difference. This rating is only because the app is not working. I do enjoy the hotel chain though! Usually clean and friendly

App freezes up frequently, doesn't show graphics, and the new multifactor security is clunky and often doesn't work. Settings have a tendancy to reset, such as corporate rates, etc. If you're on a plane or wifi, it sometimes won't open at all. I travel every week, and this app has trended backwards in performance over the last year. When it works, it's effective. The major competitor hotel chain apps are significantly easier and function better.

The data feed is so unreliable. I frequently get "No Results Found" then reload and get something. Sometimes my account info populates, sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes I get a list of booking options, sometimes I dont. It feels 50/50 that I will get to see what I expected. On the plus side the UI is polished and looks impressive, but it is meaningless in moments with no data filling in. Bummer, especially for a program that is pretty friendly to the traveler earning Elite status.
