The app is okay. If my husband gets into the account, then I have a new pass code sent to me every time i go to us it. I get the safety but should have the option to check this is my computer! I also wish they had a comment box for account transfers, my other banks do and I love it! I make 3 or more account transfers, and when going back through my account a couple of days later, there are no notes for what it was, for example , groceries, fuel, house payment, kids activities so I know for later

Love the app. I can manage my accounts easily anywhere in the country. I moved states and no longer have to find a coop CU to handle deposits. 3.16.22 edit Just bought a 2022 phone- the app wasn't compatible anymore. Reached out to MCCU- John responded on a Sunday night letting me know the developers are working to address this and made sure I knew what my alternative options were until an update could be released. Since the update its back to working great 👍

This app is garbage.. Constantly getting error messages. Can sometimes get in to check balances.. Then beyond that it locks up my phone with an error occured pleae call for assistance. Very frustrating! Been like this for the 2-3 years we have had this app.
