Having worked in software for over 16 years, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Navigation is almost impossible, the layout is sub-par, and if you make one wrong move, you're unenrolled. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Everytime I log in, I have to login, close out the app and log in again. Every time. There's an update available but you'd never know. Why not add a prompt? I'd like to review the employees incompetance next! It's a a BIG deal.

It is pretty much useless 99 percent of the time. It straight up just doesn't work, and it is not like it's just one thing. Sometimes you can't log in, sometimes the UI is unresponsive, sometimes you get error messages that don't make any sense, sometimes certain links or categories disappear.... I could go on. For something as crucially important as having health insurance, the quality and condition of this app is utterly inexuseable. I need to enroll, but I simply can't.

The app will not pass the login page. I enter my login and password and it accepts it, but stays in limbo on the "processing your data. Please..." screen. I uninstalled it and re-installed it just to do the same exact thing. And even when I close it completely and reopen it, it immediately continues to try to process my login data. This app is completely unusable. And that is really frustrating because this is where I'm being sent to upload documents.
