App went into maintenance, while I was using it last night, now I can't log in. I had to force it to close because it wouldn't stop the processing of my login. I could very briefly see that I was still logged in. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No difference. I will just try logging I'm online. The app used to worked seamlessly for me.

Having worked in software for over 16 years, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Navigation is almost impossible, the layout is sub-par, and if you make one wrong move, you're unenrolled. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Everytime I log in, I have to login, close out the app and log in again. Every time. There's an update available but you'd never know. Why not add a prompt? I'd like to review the employees incompetance next! It's a a BIG deal.

It's the oddest thing. I'd downloaded the app today, and went through the first "pages" of the initial guide. But, after moving through the pages, it then displayed a message indicating that I have an outdated version of the app, and link to click, which brought me right back to the app here... which IS the latest version. No biggie; I uninstalled then re-installed,only to be met with the same message. I don't know what phantom version they want, but it sure isn't here... chaos reigns. 🔥🙌🔥
