Having worked in software for over 16 years, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Navigation is almost impossible, the layout is sub-par, and if you make one wrong move, you're unenrolled. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Everytime I log in, I have to login, close out the app and log in again. Every time. There's an update available but you'd never know. Why not add a prompt? I'd like to review the employees incompetance next! It's a a BIG deal.

It is pretty much useless 99 percent of the time. It straight up just doesn't work, and it is not like it's just one thing. Sometimes you can't log in, sometimes the UI is unresponsive, sometimes you get error messages that don't make any sense, sometimes certain links or categories disappear.... I could go on. For something as crucially important as having health insurance, the quality and condition of this app is utterly inexuseable. I need to enroll, but I simply can't.

Unable to use system. It keeps on saying I have to verify my pass word or code - and then when I check my email and come back to the app I have to start all over like I had never started. Whoever designed this system I'm sure is a straight A student- but some of us aren't that academic. So the system needs to be easier- as easy as paying at Walmart. Any programmer making it harder is simply being a knucklehead. Bottom line: make it so easy to use that it's easy for an elderly person to use.
