+Carga is an app that connects independent third-party providers of cargo transportation services (“Transporters”) with their generating and cargo and shipping logistics clients (“Generators”) with each other and without intermediaries.

When Generators request a freight transportation service, it is the responsibility of the Generator to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the correct pickup and delivery address of the cargo, date and time of pickup, type of vehicle, weight of the cargo, contact information and any special instructions necessary for the successful delivery of the Cargo.

The platform, based on distance and weight of the load, suggests a price of what the service may be worth to the generators, and they, based on that suggested price given by the platform, can estimate the appropriate price to pay for the services. of the Transporter.

Transporters who see the service request can accept the price offered by the Generator or estimate their own price as Transporter, or simply reject and not take the service.

The Transporter is free to choose the service that it deems most convenient from the list of services requested by the Generators.

When Generator and Carrier accept and confirm any of the services under negotiation, an independent agreement is created between the Carrier and the Generator automatically.

The Generator must pay the Carrier the price that both agreed through the App. This agreed price includes all charges associated with the service such as: (rates, tolls, levies, taxes, etc.).

MasCarga charges Transporters a license fee for using the App Platform of 10% of the total value of the transportation service provided + VAT.

MasCarga is not an indication of any employment, contract or agency relationship with either user (Generator and/or Transporter).

MasCarga does not provide transportation, logistics, courier or any service related to the above. Nor does it contract vehicles or cargo delivery services, nor does it dispatch or control Transporters in general in their provision of cargo transportation services. These Services are provided by independent carriers with the use of our App.

Any decision to offer or accept the services is an independent decision made at the sole discretion of each user and at their own risk and discretion.
