Good App in terms of the Idea. However needs to be updated regarding the serving areas. The will accept the order after payment confirmed and order number created then customer service will call to inform you that they have to cancel the order because of out of service area!! After receiving the payments!! The App should be more accurate regarding the serving areas.

1st time used, and i had to say that their service is actually very, very bad. Ordered at 9:11 AM and till 9:41 AM, unable to find any driver. ChatBot is not working. Business number not working. No reply on Whatsapp. Found the driver at 9:42 AM.Tried to call him,but his mobile was switched off, and after 2 mints, my 0rder was cancelled. Never going to use this service again. EDIT: i got my money in the wallet 1st, and then i requested a refund in my bank acct and i received it at the same time.

Don't waste your time !!!! Ordered a pickup from resturant. Application doesn't show progress of order just says order accepted. They dont answer phone had to call 5 times to ask what happend to my order. I ordered at 7pm App says delivery at 8pm. 9:45 and no order when they finally picked up phone. They said its not going to be delivered anytime soon. They even yold me to cancel order and that i will get a free delivery code. (No code not that im ordering from them again)
