Ratings and reviews

That I cannot cancel or reschedule my appointment through the app is ridiculous. If I can schedule, I ought to be able to cancel or change. Very, very inconvenient. Then, there are therapists I would like to schedule with that NEVER have open appointments on the calendar and there is no explanation for when their calendars open up - it seems to happen according to some arbitrary system. And please, stop asking so many add on questions when booking.
