This is a very useful application. I would like to suggest the ability to utilize screen rotation (landscape) though. Due to a touch screen technical issue I am unable to reactivate this app because the lower numerics are not available in standard (portrait) mode. Screen rotation would allow complete field input and I would happily be using this regularly on my cell phone. Unfortunately, it's back to a larger device until I can afford a replacement.
I haven't been able to log in to view my transactions in months. Try to online and on the app and it tells me that my card is not active. I've tried to resolve with the customer service today and all they will tell me is that the website has been down for weeks and they don't know when it will be back up. I can't check anything. I'm so frustrated at this point. Nobody seems to care that this is a huge problem.
Am on SSDI. HAVE HAD THIS CARD FOR A WHILE. HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM AUTHORIZING UNKNOWN CHARGES. CLEARED UP AFTER GETTING NEW CARD A FEW TIMES ALTHOUGH IT'S 13 DOLLARS EACH TIME.
I love it and have appreciated it since day one. It has worked perfectly for me until November 29, 2017. I now am unable to recover my current balance and activity records. Is Direct Express going through an upgrade or what should I do?
Was able to use this app for 2 months then it just stopped working. When I put in my pass code it when to the next page then said "can complete your request. Try back later." I am disappointed at this time. If the app is fixed I will give a better review in the future!!!!
Unable to log in anymore, I enter my pass code & just stays saying "please wait". It's not a problem with my account be cause I can log in on the browser
