This is a very useful application. I would like to suggest the ability to utilize screen rotation (landscape) though. Due to a touch screen technical issue I am unable to reactivate this app because the lower numerics are not available in standard (portrait) mode. Screen rotation would allow complete field input and I would happily be using this regularly on my cell phone. Unfortunately, it's back to a larger device until I can afford a replacement.
I haven't been able to log in to view my transactions in months. Try to online and on the app and it tells me that my card is not active. I've tried to resolve with the customer service today and all they will tell me is that the website has been down for weeks and they don't know when it will be back up. I can't check anything. I'm so frustrated at this point. Nobody seems to care that this is a huge problem.
I think the app works just fine. It does exactly what it says it does. I read through most of the 1's and 2's and I think what doesn't actually work is the brains of a lot of you. Although....I do have issues with the people direct express/MasterCard hires to be a customer rep. Very polite, very nice, but not very knowledgeable on cards, or services provided online through the direct express website. Kind of annoying, maybe think about re-training your people with a knowledge refresher??
Was able to use this app for 2 months then it just stopped working. When I put in my pass code it when to the next page then said "can complete your request. Try back later." I am disappointed at this time. If the app is fixed I will give a better review in the future!!!!
Unable to log in anymore, I enter my pass code & just stays saying "please wait". It's not a problem with my account be cause I can log in on the browser
I just got off the phone with them. I thought it was my card. They said it the app and the agent I talk to talk to her supervisor and she said it would be fix and a couple hours. Over all I think it's a great app. I never had prombles with it
