Never failed to raise the invoice but no support when you are looking for tech support worst experience so far. Have sold my car tried connecting with them to give the update but no response and today again got payment request. So today took the initiative to give them a proper feedback.. Zero Star on customer support Zero Star for tech as the GPS stopped working after 3 months of installation. Anymore information you need kindly do not disturb.

Do not buy, poor tracking system, when need it at most the tracking is not working. Secondly the customer support is very very very poor no one will reply on your and massages and calls. Do not buy, better to have good company tracker device.

No response if there is any problem occur, continuously repeating the error, showing negative kms. I have complaining same problem since 30days but again ana again same problem I'm facing there is no solution from match point team.
