At first, my Powerwatch X would not link properly to the app. It would always show on the app as 40% less than what was on my watch. However, after about three days of randomly syncing the app to my watch, it is now "caught up" and seems to be working in tandem. I also noticed since I have installed the app it has been updated a couple of times. This is very encouraging. My last smartwatch I owned for about a year and a half. The app it was linked to was never updated.

No connectivity issues as others reported but that's about it. The glaring issues are that it doesn't sync the data automatically with the watch. This must be manually triggered on the watch with the app open. The most glaring issue is the lack of integration with other trackers, primarily Google Fit. So I'm forced to keep track of 2 sets of steps.

Solid starting point: overall, I'm pretty pleased with the app. The watch is great, a little different obviously, but once paired the watch functions well so far and it does provide notifications for most of what I need. The app is obviously still in development and is missing some of the expected features, but I anticipate they'll come in time. I haven't had any of the pairing issues others have experienced, the one time my app said "watch not connected" I went back to the steps screen and swiped down, it synced and was good to go. I look forward to their continued developments!
