Ask your doctor's office to print out your e-prescription and scan the code on our app or upload your classic "pink" prescription as a photo. Enter your details and place the order, which will immediately be checked by our pharmacy team and ready for dispatch.

You will soon also have the opportunity to place your order using the so-called CardLink function. CardLink is a new option that allows you to send your e-prescription to us via our app through the NFC interface of your mobile phone via the health card. This makes the ordering process even easier and quicker, so you can receive your medication even more quickly.

In Berlin and the surrounding area, if you order by 4 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, you will receive your selected items - assuming they can be delivered - on the next working day. If you order on Friday, we will deliver your items on the following Monday.
And if things have to happen quickly: in urgent cases, if you order by 4 p.m. and for an express fee of €3.95, we will deliver within Berlin on the same day.
