Can NEVER register a complaint through this beautiful app. You may click 1000s of times on the "Submit" button, but the complaint won't be submitted; but just one small click on "Cancel" button will cancel your whole application, requiring you to start over again! Such an useless app, where you can only view the policy. May God help if you would ever require to register for a claim! And to top it off, the customer service phone number is just as worthless as this app.

Extremely disappointing experience with Niva Bupa. There is no proper point of contact and getting a response from customer support is a constant struggle. To make matters worse, my name and other personal details were entered incorrectly. Despite requesting corrections, I have received no proper response or resolution. Very poor customer service and communication. Completely frustrating experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with Niva Bupa. Once payment is made, there is almost zero support or accountability. Even with an application number, there is no proper way to track the application, processing stage, pending requirements, or timeline. After 11 days, my porting policy is still under process while my existing policy expires today. Only money was debited But no other response on my application. Regret choosing Niva Bupa. Worst Service Ever.
